Section 4Payment and Refund Policy
Access to the document generation and download service requires a one-time payment of $7.99 USD per document.
All sales are final. Due to the instant digital nature of our service, no refunds will be provided once a document has been generated or made available for download. By completing payment and downloading a document, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your document after payment, contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues or provide re-access to your document.
Re-download access is available for 5 days from the date of purchase using the download link provided in your confirmation email.

· Document loss or file corruption resulting from server disruptions or infrastructure failures.
· Unauthorized access to or theft of your data resulting from third-party cyberattacks or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Section 9bMaximum Liability
In all circumstances, the total liability of Your Lease Agreement, 7H Ventures LLC, and its operators, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) fifty dollars (USD $50), or (b) the total amount paid by you for the specific document giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for verifying the legal sufficiency of any document generated and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and requirements. By using this Site, you agree that these limitations are a fundamental part of the agreement between you and the Company.
Section 10Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Lease Agreement, 7H Ventures LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising from or related to to your use of this service or violation of these Terms.
Section 11Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by New Era ADR in accordance with its rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The laws of the State of Georgia shall govern these Terms and any disputes arising under them, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
YOU AND YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Section 12Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 13Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Section 14Force Majeure
Your Lease Agreement and 7H Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures of third-party service providers, or any other event outside our reasonable control.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as practicable. Force majeure events do not entitle you to a refund except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
