Property and rental details entered into lease agreement forms (landlord name, tenant name, property address, rent amounts, and other lease terms)
Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store payment card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Generate and deliver your requested lease agreement documents
Process payments through Stripe
Send your document download link and transaction confirmation via email (through Resend)

Data Retention

Form data and generated PDF documents are stored for 5 days after your transaction to allow re-downloads, then automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. We retain transaction records (email address, document type, state, payment reference) for accounting and customer support purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Stripe: Payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Resend: Transactional email delivery (download links and receipts). Email delivery data is governed by Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare: DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request data in accordance with Cloudflare's Privacy Policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate our Site, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Site functionality.

We use AES-256-CBC encryption to protect form data stored on our servers. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe and we never store payment card details.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
