These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of YourLeaseAgreement.com (the "Site"), operated by 7H Ventures LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description

YourLeaseAgreement.com is an online document generation platform. We provide state-specific lease agreement and rental agreement templates as a starting point for landlords, tenants, and property managers. The Site is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All documents are generated automatically based on the information you provide and publicly available landlord-tenant law templates.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. The documents generated by our platform are provided for informational and general use purposes only. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your state before executing any lease agreement. We are not responsible for the legal sufficiency or enforceability of any document generated by our platform.

Pricing and Payment

The current price for document generation is $7.99 per document. Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our platform delivers instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a document has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your document, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue.

Document Access

After purchase, your generated document is available for download for 5 days. After 5 days, the document and associated form data are permanently deleted from our servers. We are not responsible for documents you fail to download within this window.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Site to generate documents containing false or fraudulent information
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Site
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (excluding user-provided form data) are owned by 7H Ventures LLC. The documents you generate using your own data are yours to use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the document templates themselves.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL DOCUMENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DOCUMENT GENERATED BY OUR PLATFORM WILL BE LEGALLY SUFFICIENT OR ENFORCEABLE IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7H VENTURES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DOCUMENT GENERATED BY OUR PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE TRANSACTION IN QUESTION.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by New Era ADR in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Small claims court actions are exempt from this arbitration requirement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
